Pickup and Reservation Policy

Everystore helps you find products at local shops and reserve them for pickup. A reservation holds an item for you; it is not an online purchase or a payment to Everystore.

How pickup works

After a shop confirms your reservation, visit the shop during its available hours. Show the reservation details to the shopkeeper and pay the shop directly.

Availability and timing

Product availability and prices are supplied by individual sellers and can change. A reservation may expire if it is not collected within the time shown in your reservation details.

Cancellation and returns

You can cancel an uncollected reservation from your reservation details when that option is available. Returns, exchanges, warranties, and refunds are handled by the individual shop according to the terms shared at the time of purchase and applicable law.

No shipping claim

Everystore currently publishes local pickup information. Product pages do not claim shipping or delivery unless a seller explicitly enables that service.
