Account Deletion

Everystore users can delete their account in the mobile app. If you cannot access the app, submit this public request form and support will help verify and process the request.

Delete In The App

Open the Everystore mobile application, navigate to Profile or Account Settings, choose Delete Account, follow the confirmation steps, and submit the request. In-app deletion is the fastest path because you are already authenticated.

Data Deletion Policy & Retention

When you request account deletion, Everystore initiates a secure process to remove or de-identify your account data.

Types of data that are permanently deleted:

  • Personal Information: Full name, phone number, email address, and profile settings.
  • Authentication Data: Credentials, access tokens, and trusted device records.
  • Usage History: Search history, saved preferences, and app activity logs.

Types of data that may be temporarily or permanently kept:

  • Financial & Transaction Records: Invoices, payment transaction logs, and reservation details are retained as required by local tax, accounting, and anti-fraud regulations.
  • Marketplace Integrity: Open dispute logs or reports of policy violations are kept to maintain marketplace safety.

Processing Timeframe:

Submitted deletion requests are processed, and all deletable personal data is permanently removed or anonymized within 90 days of submission.
