Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Everystore by customers, retailers, and visitors. By using Everystore, you agree to follow these terms and applicable law.

Operator

  • Everystore is operated by Everystore Pvt Ltd. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@everystore.pk.

Marketplace Role

  • Everystore helps customers discover, reserve, and communicate with local retailers. Unless expressly stated, retailers are responsible for the goods they list and fulfill.
  • Retailers are responsible for listing accuracy, legality, quality, stock availability, pricing, photos, descriptions, refunds, substitutions, cancellations, and fulfillment.

Account Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account, phone, shop, product, reservation, and communication information.
  • Keep your device and account access secure.
  • Do not impersonate others, misuse reservations, submit false information, abuse chat, or use Everystore for unlawful products or conduct.

Retailer Obligations

  • Retailers must list only lawful products and maintain accurate prices, stock, descriptions, images, and shop details.
  • Retailers are responsible for product quality, customer communication, fulfillment, applicable taxes, licenses, and legal compliance.

Payments And Subscriptions

  • Retailer subscription, payment proof, wallet, and transaction records may be reviewed for verification, fraud prevention, disputes, tax, audit, and compliance.

User Content

  • Users are responsible for photos, messages, reviews, product requests, shop details, reports, and other content they submit.
  • Everystore may remove unlawful, misleading, abusive, unsafe, infringing, spammy, or harmful content.

Account Deletion

  • Users can request account deletion in the app or at https://everystore.pk/account-deletion.
  • Some records may be retained for legal, tax, fraud, audit, dispute, security, payment, or marketplace integrity reasons.

Liability And Indemnity

  • To the fullest extent allowed by law, Everystore is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for retailer-controlled listings, stock, prices, quality, refunds, or fulfillment.
  • Users and retailers agree to indemnify Everystore for claims arising from unlawful activity, inaccurate content, products, disputes, or misuse of the service.
