This policy explains how Everystore collects, uses, shares, protects, and retains information when you use our app, website, marketplace, chat, reservations, support, and retailer tools.

Who We Are

  • Everystore is operated by Everystore Pvt Ltd from Karachi, Pakistan. Contact support@everystore.pk for privacy, support, or deletion requests.

Information We Collect

  • Account details such as name, phone number, email address, role, profile photo, shop details, and verification status.
  • Location data while the app is open to show nearby shops, local product availability, maps, and search results.
  • Reservations, orders, wishlists, product requests, reviews, chat/media, support reports, notification preferences, payment/subscription proof data, push tokens, analytics, crash logs, and security signals.

How We Use Data

  • We use data to create accounts, verify users, manage shops, process reservations, send notifications, support chat, review subscription/payment proof, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, secure the platform, diagnose crashes, and improve Everystore.

Third Parties

  • We use Firebase services, including Firestore chat, Firebase Authentication support, Analytics, Crashlytics, and Cloud Messaging.
  • We use Google Maps/geocoding, backend hosting, CDN/cloud storage, support, security, analytics, and notification providers to operate the service.
  • We share information with retailers, customers, and support staff only when needed for reservations, support, safety, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal compliance.

Permissions

  • Location is foreground-only and helps show nearby shops and local availability. Notifications are optional. Camera, photos, microphone, and documents are requested only for features such as QR scanning, profile/shop/product photos, chat media, support attachments, voice search, and audio messages.

Account Deletion

  • You can delete your account from Account Settings in the app. If you cannot access the app, use https://everystore.pk/account-deletion.
  • Deletion disables access and removes or de-identifies account data where practical. Some records may be retained for legal, tax, fraud prevention, audit, payment, safety, dispute, or marketplace integrity reasons.

Security And Retention

  • We use authenticated APIs, secure token storage, access controls, logging, and operational safeguards. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so keep your phone and account access safe.
